I stepped on a thumbtack and it BLeeded like HELL!
OMG! I can't even believe what happened to me just a few hours ago, all because of my stupidity.
So, linilinis ko ung closet ko...may nahanap akong thumbtack, tinabi ko muna xa kac itatapon ko sia later.
SHIT!!! nakalimutan kong may thumbtack akong tinabi. natapakan ko!!!
i tried pulling it myself pero sobrang sakit at mejo nabaon so asked my room mate to do it for me.
i closed my eyes para mejo hindi masakit...pagtanggal nia, pagmulat ng mata ko...
SHIT!!!! bumulusok ang galon galon na dugo! buti nalang at hindi ako takot sa dugo (tulad ni yan-er) kundi nagfaint na ko...that's probably the biggest amount of blood that came out of my body because of a wound! panic mode si room mate kac ang dami talagang blood tumutulo na sa floor namin, hinahanap ung RA namin..wala! we go tissue nalang to stop the bleeding...taps i hopped to the bathroom to clean the wound...it stopped bleeding and hurting na...cleaned it with alcohol and agua oxinada..taps placed a band-aid...
nagwonder rin ako kung may kalawang ung thumbtack..baka may tetano..buti naman at walang kalawang ung part na pumasok sa feet ko...
i know it's kinda GROSS to share...pero it's also kinda interesting...dahil when the blood was spurting...i was almost laughing..eiwan ko kung bakit..haha, on the brink of insanity? they were asking why i wasn't crying nga eh...
oh well! lesson learned! itapon lahat ng nakitang thumbtacks at once. wag maglakad sa rum ng walang slippers AT wag tatangatanga!

On Christmas Shopping and Human Auctions
I finished my x-mas shopping yesterday!!! whooo!!! it was a really long and busy day for me... my back muscles still hurt! I was shopping for 4 whole hours without stopping, just walking...searching for "wonderful" gifts I can give to those dear people :D it was a total money burn!!! on my way home i only had 20 pesos...just enought to get me home...huhu, ang sad!!! thousands of pesos down the drain...but i guess it's worth it.. :D it's the season of giving naman, eh...:P
this year, the no. of gifts i bought didn't even reach 30!!! that's a record!! i remember last year, there were a 100+ people on my shopping list....oh well, that was senior year and it was given that you had to give gifts to ALL your friends for the past 4 years :D
after my LOOONG day shopping, it was traffic pa going back to the dorm...! args..i was so hungry (i wasn't able to eat the whole day..haha) just to find out na closed early ung canteen sa dorm cause there's going to be a party...good thing "ganda" lent me her lunchbox so i can take out food.. thanks! :D
afterwards...we (3rd floor girls) were hyped up because of the HUMAN AUCTION...!! our floormates thea, cheenee, and shirl will be auctioned..super stage mom naman kami..haha lalu na ako kay althea...i arranged her hair...we fixed her outfit...taught her tricks how to "sell" herself! hahaha....but the most exciting part of the human auction for us was when we were bidding for "Bok" i think his real name is elfermin mallari.. not sure... hehe, cause one of my floormates, hannah, wants to buy him..(este his time pala) and the reason was just because she didn't want ne1 else to buy him...at wala naman xang balak to spend any time with him...(weird, i know) ....bidding starts at 100 pesos...sum1 bid 200, so we bid 500, then sum1 bid 1k, we bid 1500, sum1else topped us with 2k, we bid 2500, the BA girls topped it with 3k, we bid 3500, they topped it 3600, then the C-Fold girls topped it with 4k, every1 was approaching hannah asking if she was serious with it...because her original budget was only 3K, every1 was already offering to chip in...so we topped it with 4500 but the other floors were so stubborn they topped it 4,600...it ended with us bidding 5k....whoo!!! sold to the 3rd floor girls!! (hannah in particular)
after the auction for all the corridors, it was time for the food, raffle prizes and gift giving...we already went up to our rooms after that..we didn't stay for the "party"...i wrapped the gifts i bought..finished at 230 am...tumambay sa room nina hannah until 3:30...(i didn't realize it was that late or early) kac they'll already go out to hear the simbang gabi mass...i didn't go with them cause i was really sleepy and i have a busy Sunday ahead of me...(with all the reaction papers, assignments and long exam i have) i didn't get the nice teachers who don't give any more work due to the christmas season..auggh!

Wishing Upon 70 shooting stars! :D
A million thanks to our NatSci 2-Geol part Professor, Prof. CP DAVID!!!!! whoo!!!! Because of his "announcement" or whatever you call it, I was able to witness my first ever METEOR SHOWER!! there were supposed to be 120 shooting stars last night and i was able to witness 70 out of 120!!!! siempre sa labo ng mata ko at sa laki ng langit yung iba hindi ko nalang nakita pero nakita ng iba...hehe!!
what's fun about this event wasn't the meteor shower itself but HOW we (people from Kalai) watched and tried to make as many wishes as we can.
1020 pm i was watching white oleander(philosophical movie etc.) when i heard screams from downstairs..turns out every1 was camping out at the basketball court watching the meteor shower. So Ligs, Sunshine, Aleli and I ran all the way down from the 3rd floor to the court...A lot were already lying down on their comfortable blankets. We joined them but we were just standing, at first. (I even forgot my glasses so the stars were just like a blur on the night sky) Anyway, due to severe neck pain...Sunshine and I decided to lie down. (even if we didn't have any blanket underneath, meaning we were lying down on the cold dirty pavement of the court, desperate I know)...
Sunshine can't take it anymore so we ran upstairs to get our glasses, blankets and pillows.
We chose a spot and made ourselves comfortable.
Naaalala ko yung kinuento ng prof namin how to wish. (cause it has to be while the meteor is falling not after) You write down your wishes. Number them from 1 - 120. then whenever you see one just say the number and that counts as your wish na..haha, with the 70 stars that I saw I think I was only able to wish 10 times. Pag kasi nakikita namin we'll just say Ayun!! or kung pang ilang falling star na un na nakita namin...There were two instances that I was singing Japanese songs when two fell...so i accidentally wished for TSUBASA and YUKI...(wings and snow)...sabi rin nia you can tell a girl/guy you like that if both of you saw a shooting star that night then it means your meant for each other (haha, at siguraduhing hindi nia alam na may meteor shower that night!)
ang nakakatuwa pa dun, when every1 was lying down, a lot were singing songs related to stars or just singing songs...may nagrarally pa nga against the food in Kalai...haha, si Dhadi, muntik pang maapakan ung mukha ko...a lot were also shouting Math 53, Chem 16 and all their other majors..wishing to get UNO.
I was waiting for the peak when A LOT would fall all at the same time but either it never happened or I wasn't just able to witness it cause around 1 am I was already falling asleep. Others even slept at the court until 5AM and were able to see a hundred.
Well, all in all it was UBER FUN!!! I hope my prof announces the dates for next year's meteor showers.

Thoughts, Rants and Everything Else
I'm bored and have nothing better to do so I'll just blog!
First off: Masci
I would like to congratulate my batchmates, Masci Seniors 06-07 for topping the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) last year!!! (*woot woot*) We were ranked No. 1 for Cluster 2. Cluster 2 - Science High Schools. Yehey! It has been quite some time since we ranked no.1 in the national level. May tarp tau sa labas ng skul if you wanna see details like our scores and stuff. Sinabi lang sakin ni Nina nung b-day ko ung news...Eion, wee, can't help being super GC!
Second: UP
Classes we're suspended today due to the strike...pero it was no use...taps na rin classes ko by 2..
well, i'm kinda sad with UP life right now...I dunno why...Hard time adjusting to 2nd sem, i guess...(and it's almost the midsem!!!)
I MISS MY BLOCKMATES!!! huhu...I miss our lunchtime together. I miss our math class together. (missing math?? haha) I miss it when Alistair starts a controversial topic and we'd all be like noisy inside the room. hahaha...Anyway, good thing I still see you before Math...
And it's weird but I feel so alone even if I'm surrounded by a lot of people and a lot of friends..I don't know why...I know it's just a state of mind but...hai...
forgetting about the sad thoughts...i miss being busy! it's so weird but i hate it when i'm not doing anything...no school work, no council work, no extra curricular stuff...I need daily gimmicks like in high school...i HATE the curfew in kalai! home by 9 pm??...aughh..but it's only for 3 more months and i'm FREE!!! (i'm suspecting my mom really placed me there to restrict my freedom and going out...arggs!)
my mind's also super drained with thinking about the mendel xmas party...waah...sakit na ng ulo ko sa pagpili ng sked! ang hirap iconsolidate ng mga demands ng lahat ng tao...nagsusuffer na ung bill ko for all the GMs...thanks to those people who are helping.!..
but i guess it's all worth it...right guys? :D
lastly, christmas stuff..i CAN'T feel x-mas!!! i haven't been x-mas shopping yet...i sort of have a list but no specific gifts to buy... i'm not buying presents for family this year...(no time) and i just don't feel it like before...it'll also be my 1st different x-mas...for the past 16 years, x-mas had been mass, noche buena, gifts and get together with the vicentina family...this year i won't even be here...sad...but i'm kinda excited din...
it feels no different to be 17...it's just a number...but i'll enjoy my last year of being a minor while i still can...hehe :D
i'm so happy nga pala with council! i really enjoyed BA week and all...:D thanks talaga! it's really fun! :D
i'm also excited with the app process for AIESEC...it's kinda different...and i'm interested with all the international stuff...i want to join the japan conference in march.. :D
i think that's all my thoughts, rants and complains for now..haha! can't wait for xmas vacation..!

rants last nov. 26 on losing my USB
waaaah...ibubuhos ko lang lahat ng hinanakit at sama ng loob ko! hahaha, parang ang dami eh...
super sabog ng utak ko lately. parang ang dami kong gagawin lalu na pagililist down ko, pero biglang i just spend the whole day watching jdorama series...(na naaliw naman ako, hehehe)
anyway, i hate myself!!! sobrang makakalimutin ko lately....at sobrang malas ko lately...! sabi nga ng title ng post na to, i lost my USB....saklap! 1 week pa lang ung USB...at nawala ko pa xa dahil sa sarili kong katangahan...i left it inside this very comshop. it wasn't the first time that it happened. actually, naiwan ko na xa before, like, last thursday ata...pero buti nalang at nung paakyat nako ng stairs sa dorm bigla ko xang naalala, so kaht super pagod na pagod na ko dahil may sakit ako nun, binalikan ko pa xa...yesterday, the same thing happened..i THINK naiwan ko ung USB ko, and i just remembered last night ng mga 9 pm when i can't go out to retrieve it anymore...so i woke up early this morning to get it, PERO it's gone!!! *poof* just like that...wala daw nagsoli sa mga kinauukulan sa comshop...huhu, bakit wala nang honest people ngaun???? pati USB ng ibang tao pinapatos...on the bright side, konti palang laman nia, at wala namang super important document whatsoever na natangay..but still...huhu, just because of my stupid memory! ulyanin na ba ko?...
isa pang huhu, purefoods canceled...nakakainis! hinassle na nga nia kami last fri. to meet her taps biglang icacancel nia! iboycott!!! hehe...
tapos ang dami pang ginagawa sa dorm! may GI sa wednesday, kailangang magfloorwax ng room, kailangang magpunas ng walls, kailangang maglagay ng kurtina, etc. may sports fest for the next two weeks ( na i'm super grateful na nacancel )...so ang dami pang ginagawa!!!
buti nalang at mejo gumagaling na ung sakit ko...from a cold nagtransform na xa into a cough...ibig sabihin patapos na.. haaay, salamat, i hate being sick!
ano pa ba gusto kong ireklamo sa mundo? aaah...ung teacher ko sa math na lagi nalang absent, super late na kami sa lesson taps dahil hindi sia nagsabing magaabsent xa, gumigising pa ko ng maaga kaht 1pm or 1130 pa ung 1st class ko...hmmp!
anyhoo, i feel much better now! haha, ang crazy ko talaga lalu na when i'm blogging...sori kung magulo...wag nio nalang basahin...
finaly, i recomend bambino, yamada tarou monogatari to every1! :D jdorama series yan na arashi members ang bida...enjoy cla, katuwa!
