MG and Nostalgia
I feel nostalgic...I even researched for the "real" definition of nostalgia...Alam kong it has something to do with remembering the past etc. and I heard Ryoma use it before he went to the US open...pero siempre i want to be sure of its meaning before using it.
Bakit? you say...eiwan..haha, ang gulo ko noh...probably because I watched Meteor Garden Season 1 over the weekend. un lang ung ginawa ko..nothing else...kaht na may take home test sa Kas1, tutal wala rin namang pasok today..
when i was watching meteor garden kac..i remember first year...i remember marj, abychu, anna, danikko...and how the 4 of them were so gaga over MG while i was a nonconformist to that trend...they all wanted MG, sang chinese songs they don't understand, swoon at the sight of jerry yan, and danikko even went to the concer of ken and vaness...i remembered watching it when i was also in first year but that was a week before season 2 ended on TV...i thought it was good and got why they were addicted but it did not get me hooked...if they had jerry yan, my preference was Vic Zhou/Hua Tze Lei...i always like the silent type guys...*hint, hint* hahaha...
neweiz, when i was watching it again...mas nakakarelate at naapektuhan ako sa story...though i find it dragging now..with 19 episodes (i probably got used to jdoramas which lasts for 10-12 episodes and the whole story's already in it)...
bakt mas afected ako? probably because i'm in college now...mas nakakarelate na rin sa mga bagay2...and most probably because i now know that the story is plausible in real life. when i was a freshie in HS...wala naman akong kilalang mga kasing rich kid ng F4 who mingles with poor people like San Cai...now I do...I can't believe I actually know people. who are not only as rich as they are but also has the same lifestyle...hehe...
hai naku, i just pro'lly think too much..right? basta, can't emphasize how HANDSOME Lei is...todo compare ako with Hana Yori Dango...may maganda sa Hana na wala sa MG at may maganda sa MG na wala sa Hana..like i prefer the MG F4, but i prefer the girl in Hana...(she acts better) and the 4 guys look better..:) (ang liit kac ni domyouji) haha...basta in both stories i like the character of Lei/Rui...sabi nga ni kat, nahuli na nia ung type of guy ko...(ung mga mabait type) haha...
i just realized that i know people who are like dao ming su and hua tze lei in real life...has a crush on both of them..pero nawala ung kay "dao" kac bad boy type nga...hmm...prbably has to give him the benefit of the doubt, malay ko ba babait din un or mabait nman talaga xa...dbah? and the hua tze lei is kasing shy, auti and bait din ni lei...hmm...
hai naku, endless rantings..stop na nga, i have to go back na rin to the dorm and answer my kas1 long test...HAVE to get UNO!!! take home na nga dibah? ...ehehe
stop thinking about those silly things! (gives myself a whack on the head)
p.s. before i go, i have to give 2 thumbs up to windstruck for its capacity to make me cry for about 30 mins. nonstop...i even woke up with my eyes all sore due to crying...ganun xa ka tearjerker..ganun xa kaganda!!! super recommend it to every1 who wants to have a good cry over a movie! :)
