The Week That Was...Evictions and All
So much has happened during the past week and weekend. First, was the "thing" with Mrs. Herson last Thursday, March 16. That night we just went to GBox and sang our hearts out. We occupied a videoke room and had fun. The next day was the Noli Me Tangere playfest. After much wait and after hours of presentations, we were awed and surprised that we won. We won Best Direction, Best Supporting Actress, Best Actor, Best Costume (male) and Best Play. After that was the much awaited? SciCamp. I had a bit of fun but still it was so and so. I was kinda lonely for sometime but then Anna cheered me up even though she was not able to join. The following day, we just went home to Pampanga and slept all day. Sunday, we celebrated timo's birthday, real name is Manuel Lorenz at White Rock Beach Resort in Subic. I really enjoyed this family trip. I just realized that once again, four people in our family will be graduating this year. My bro, Nikko, my cousins, Joie, Sean and Shella. We would of course have a big celebration. My brother wants to go to Fontana but I think they decided that we will go to the Royal something which they call "Mini Boracay." Anyway, last Monday I was so scared that I turned really dark because of the beach but the good thing is nobody really noticed except Leo. Anyway, during the past week there was not much to do. I remember playing ten-twenty, limbo, chinese garter, patintero, killer-victim, Marco Polo, Boggle, and Scrabble the whole week. We just watched films like Cowboy Bebop the movie which I really enjoyed and Naruto. These films are for Advanced Biology and Physics. We also watched Schindler's List. I can't bear to look at the screen when it came to the killing parts. The most memorable part of the previous week was MFB, Mendel Fat Brother.
Mendel Fat Brother is just like the Pinoy Big Brother Eviction thingy. I don't really know because I don't really watch it but according to thos who watch it, you give points to those who you want to evict or something. It was just actually an accident because I just asked them who they hate the most in class. Of course everyone gave one name but there were add-ons so suddenly Maton turned it to the point system and the MFB was born. We have been to KFC, McDo, and Jollibee. There have been three evictions and on Friday we will be voting on who we think deserves to be the ultimate winner. Anyway, it has brought great changes among us because one of the evictess was a part of the management. We call ourselves the management and we're not immune to the eviction. That evictee suddenly turned really nice after a day of being the most irritating person in the world of Mendel. I don't really know what happened to me yesterday but suddenly during our Chem and Researc time I turned to the "old NICA." The Nica that only Badillo people knew suddenly broke away from her chains and showed herself to the Mendel people. I don't know why. Another big thing this past week was the "thing" with Marj. I really wish that I'm now beside her, comforting her and helping her. All in all, things have been really great. It's just that we only have two weeks before all of these will be over. After two weeks we will already be seniors. I don't know what to think or what to feel but I'm kind of scared right now. I don't want to leave the people I've learned to love this year. Next S.Y. another change will occur. Too many changes have already occurred in my life. I don't know if I could take it anymore. If only life will be simple again when one does not worry about things that are out of their league, everything wouldv'e been fine. Anyway, I just want to say that whatever happens. I will never, ever forget my one and only, Mendel. You made my year a happy. When I was down in the dumps, you were there to cheer me up. Thank You and I Love You!
